Warm welcome at reception- on 09/09/21, 13:20 – also welcomed by practitioner and nurse surgery room gaining my confidence-knowledgeable well trained/equipped staff put at ease efficient/ effective staff kept me informed – painless actioned surgery from practitioner and nurse keeping me informed at all times- very good outcome completed – advised fully of aftercare and pain relief (of which I have had none) also given information leaflet clarifying all above – a very pleasant experience 11/10 – well done all concerned. Thank You very much for your help and assistance.

Having forgotten my appointment for the 17th for my B12 jab I rang to explain and as usual I was treated with respect on the phone and they said I could come on the 18th no problem, again all Covid actions were taken and I was treated in a safe and clean environment. The whole team are so warm and helpful it is a pleasure to go to the surgery.
